In view of the dramatic flood disaster in Erftstadt, we supported “Fluthilfe Erftstadt” with a four-digit euro sum. This was used to purchase urgently needed work/household materials such as cleaning cloths, laundry corners, dryers etc. for those affected. This was also the case for an 84-year-old whose house was completely flooded. From 14 to 15 July, the victim had to remain on the first floor of her house without electricity and water for over 27 hours before she could be rescued.
Through our support – no matter how small – we are all helping to ensure that those affected see the light at the end of the tunnel as quickly as possible. We wish the flood victims lots of strength, courage, energy and confidence to get through this difficult time. We would also like to thank the company imotta (property valuers TÜV Akademie Rheinland), whose experience and network ensure that our help gets to where it is needed most.
