Four degrees. Four paths. One shared success.

Four apprentices have successfully passed their final examinations, reaching an important milestone in their vocational training at TREBBAU. A strong result after 2.5 years of intensive practical experience.

The moment they have worked towards for months: The final examinations have been passed.

We are very pleased to congratulate Sina-Marie Meyer, Pauline Drees, Nikolay Minogin and Mohamed Chikar on this important milestone.

Vocational training with commitment and responsibility.

Since 01.08.2023, the four have completed their vocational training at TREBBAU with great dedication, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility. After 2.5 years of intensive training, this phase now comes to an end with a successful qualification:

  • Sina-Marie Meyer – Marketing Communications Specialist
  • Pauline Drees – Marketing Communications Specialist
  • Nikolay Minogin – Digitalization Management Specialist
  • Mohamed Chikar – Machine and plant operator

Practice-oriented training with real added value

Whether in marketing projects, internal processes, or digital fields – all four have demonstrated how practice-oriented training creates real added value. Through early involvement in real tasks and workflows, professional expertise, a sense of responsibility, and an understanding of business contexts were systematically developed.

The successfully passed examinations form a solid foundation for the next professional steps.

Vocational training as part of our quality standards

The training of young professionals is a central component of our quality standards at TREBBAU. Through structured guidance, close practical integration, and the communication of cross-departmental contexts, we create sustainable added value – for people, processes, and the market.

We congratulate them on passing their examinations and thank them for their commitment throughout their training period.
