One-to-One Marketing, also known as Customized Marketing, is a one-to-one marketing approach (1:1 Marketing). In contrast to mass marketing, the focus here is on direct and individual customer engagement. One-to-One Marketing communication takes place either between a company and an individual person or between a company and a group with similar interests. It is therefore personal, individual customer communication, such as in email marketing or an advertising approach to a specific customer group with a tailored offer.
